Modify your Office365 Junk Email Settings

These instructions will allow you to manage your Office365 email junk filter. Email sender addresses may be block or added to your safe sender list. For example, you may find you may need to add sender email addresses to the safe sender list to make sure no emails from that sender are ever diverted to the junk folder. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to your Office 365 Web App account at login.microsoftonline.com

  2. Click on the Settings Icon  in the upper right corner of the web page.



  3. Click on Mail under "Your App Settings"



  4. Click on "Block or Allow" on left side of the next web page under Accounts.



  5. Enter an email address or domain to block or allow. A domain is the portion of the address after the @ sign, such as usc.edu.
