How to Modify Shared Calendar Permissions in Office365 Web App (OWA)

These instructions will show you how to modify access permissions for calendars you are sharing. You can modify how much information the person will be able to see and do with your calendar.
 

  1. Log in to the Office365 OWA at mail.office365.com. Select the Calendar tab.



  2. Right-click on your Calendar item in the left side-bar. Select Permissions.. from the pop-up list


     

  3. Click on the on the permissions list for the person you are sharing your calendar with. Choose the desired level of access. See the description of Permission Levels in the chart below. 




     

  4. Click Save.
