How to change and save Ricoh print settings as One-Click Presets

The Ricoh's One-Click presets allow you to save custom printer settings as presets. This will allow you to make specific setting changes for a different types of printing with one click.

In this example we will create a preset that prints on card stock that will be loaded in the Bypass Tray.

1. Go to File → Print. Choose the Ricoh printer and click the Printer Properties link.

   

   
   

   
   
2. Select the Detailed Settings Tab. We'll first choose the paper tray. Choose Paper from the Menu: list. Then choose Bypass Tray.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Choose your paper type by finding it in the Paper Type: list.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. After you've made all your setting changes, choose a name for your preset. Click on the Register Current Settings.. button. Enter the name, for example "Bypass - Card Stock". Click ok to save.
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. You wil be returned to the print screen. Click on Printer Properties again to select your preset. Click Ok.
