How to Submit a Support Request

Submit a support request

1) To request support through the Rossier portal click on the following link (https://rossierapps.usc.edu/auth/). If you do not have an account please click here Creating a Rossier WebApps Profile.

2) From the Rossier Portal home screen click the "MIS tech support" link as illustrated below.

3) Fill in the  "Contact information" and "request detail" sections of the Service request form completely. All required fields are marked with an ( * ). Once you have filled in the form click on the "submit request" button illustrated in the image below.

 

 

4) Once you have submitted your support request a service ticket will be generated and you will see a confirmation page listing all of information of your support request as illustrated below.

 

5) In addition to the confirmation page you will also receive a confirmation email listing all information for your ticket. Included in this email is a web link to track the current status of your ticket. Example illustrated in the image below.
