The Race & Equity Media Broadcast Room in VPD 212D is designed for multifunctional multi-media web conferencing. This room is capable of streaming audio/video conference meetings across the US and internationally. Zoom is the primary software utilized to conduct meetings, join and host video conferences.  

This guide is to simplify the usage of this broadcast room remote controls and help support continual functionality of all the technology utilized within the media room.
