How to Access Rossier Department Folders on a Non-Domain PC
This How-To Step-by-Step Guide is to assist users when attempting to manually connect to Rossier SANDs when using a non-domain Rossier Computer or loaner laptop.
- Please first log in to the USC VPN (Cisco Anyconnect) via the Cisco Anyconnet application or from your browser at vpn.usc.edu for remote connection or from a mobile device such as a laptop,
Step-by-step guide
- Open File Explorer and under the Main This PC window select Map Drive
2. Select the G: letter for your Groups drive mapping
3. Be sure you check both boxes in order to add your RSOE Domain credentials to authenticate your access
(NOTE: if you are offsite you will see a red X on those mapped drives until you connect to VPN or return to campus and connect to USC Secure Wireless)
