How to Reserve A Room using OWA(office web app)

This Guide describes how to submit a request to book a meeting room using the OWA(Office Web App)

Step-by-step guide


1) Log into your Rossier O365 email account by going to mail.office365.com.

2) Click on the calendar icon in the bottom left hand corner of your browser


3) Click on New Event and fill in Title, start time,  End time, and add attendees and any notes you may need for your meeting. Click the "search for room or location" area to view currently available rooms summary

4) Click "Browse more rooms" to view the full listed of rooms  then select the room you want to reserve. Verify All your appointment info is correct and click send.
